An authentic Nantucket lightship basket purse in the classic Friendship Bag tradition, hand woven from Indonesian reed, with a removable insert and an authentic Fendi "Strap You" strap. The insert and strap both come off, so you can change them to match your outfit, the season or your mood.
In the 1940s, master weaver Jose Reyes turned the Nantucket lightship basket into a purse and called it the "Friendship Bag," for the lifelong friendships made on the island. The Original M Bag was created in his honor.

Condition
New with tags, never used. Each bag is woven by hand, so small variations in the weave are part of its character, not flaws.
